November 30 — Becoming More Like Jesus
Verse: 2 Corinthians 3:18
“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory.”
Spiritual growth is not measured only by how much Scripture we know or how many years we have attended church.
It is revealed through the gradual transformation of our character.
Are we becoming more patient, forgiving, humble, and compassionate? Are our responses beginning to reflect the heart of Christ?
God continues His transforming work in us as we turn to Him and surrender our lives to His Word.
As another month comes to an end, remember that spiritual maturity is a lifelong journey.
The goal is not simply to become a better version of ourselves, but to become more like Jesus.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness throughout this month. Continue transforming my heart, renewing my mind, and shaping my character. Help me grow in love, humility, patience, and obedience. May my life increasingly reflect Jesus in everything I do. In His name, Amen.
