A Light That Shines
Matthew 5:14
“You are the light of the world.”
God has placed a light within each of us that is meant to be seen. This light is not about perfection, but about reflecting His love through our lives.
In everyday moments—through kindness, patience, and honesty—we shine in ways that may seem small but have lasting impact. The world does not need something artificial; it needs genuine light.
Like a lamp that quietly brightens a room, a life rooted in God naturally influences those around it.

Father, help me to reflect Your light in my daily life. Let my words and actions point others toward You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Bible teaches us something completely different: God gives power to the faint. He increases strength for those who have none left. That means you don’t have to pretend to be strong. You don’t have to hide your fatigue. You don’t have to force yourself through the storm. God’s strength does not come after you prove yourself. It comes when you admit you are tired. This verse is written for those who feel faint, forgotten, or worn down by life God specializes in strengthening those who know they are weak. Weariness is not a disqualification—it is an invitation. When your strength runs out, God’s strength begins. He does not shame weakness; He meets it with power. Today, receive His strength. You don’t have to do this on your own. Prayer: Lord, I receive Your strength today. Renew my power as I trust You. Amen.
