No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
Temptation often convinces us we are alone and powerless. It whispers that resistance is impossible. But Scripture says temptation is common and God remains faithful within it. The promise is not the absence of temptation but the presence of a way out. Sometimes the escape is a changed thought, sometimes a delayed reaction, sometimes walking away from a situation.
A person trying to overcome a harmful habit felt trapped in a repeating cycle. One day during a moment of struggle, instead of continuing as usual, he paused and prayed briefly, then left the environment triggering him. That simple decision broke the pattern for that day. The victory was small but real. God had provided an exit, but he had to choose it.
Temptation loses strength when we remember God stands with us inside the moment.
 Prayer
Father, when temptation comes, remind me You are near. Give me strength to choose the right path and wisdom to recognize the way out You provide. Help me endure and grow stronger in obedience. Amen
