“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.” — Isaiah 43:18
Reflection is good, but regret is heavy. God calls us to release the past so we can embrace His new work. Every mistake surrendered becomes a lesson redeemed. Rear-view mirrors are small because the road ahead is larger. Keep glancing back only to thank God—and then move forward.
Grace means yesterday no longer holds power over you. God’s mercy rewrites even your most painful chapters. What once brought shame can now become your testimony of His faithfulness. Let gratitude replace guilt and hope replace hurt. The One who covered your past is already preparing your future.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your mercy over my yesterdays. Teach me to walk freely into tomorrow with grace and confidence. Amen.
