“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given.” — Isaiah 9:6
On that silent night, heaven touched earth. The long-awaited promise arrived, wrapped not in royalty but in humility. Christmas is God’s reminder that even in the quietest places, His greatest miracles are born. A seed breaks underground before it blooms; Bethlehem was that hidden ground where God’s plan began to sprout.
When hope seems delayed, remember the manger—small, overlooked, yet filled with glory. God often begins His biggest works in humble beginnings. The Savior’s first cry echoed in the dark so our hearts could find the light. Today, let that same light be born in you again.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for coming close. Let Your light be born anew in my heart this Christmas Eve and shine through me to others. Amen.
